Raw milk works safely on a small farm selling direct with strict handling. But supplying an entire population through stores and trucks? That’s not just scaling up…it’s an altogether different challenge. It would need rebuilt cooling systems everywhere, keeping it away from infants/elderly/vulnerable people, and perfect handling across millions of steps. No food system does that now…Pasteurization makes it unnecessary. Thoughts?
