The Birds got their season started this past Thursday at Edgewood. A and B boys and girls were in action. It was a great start to our season as the kids dealt with crazy high winds, all headwinds but didn’t bat an eye! Keep an eye on this group! finishtiming.trackscoreboard.com/meets/716466/e…

The cross country season came to a close with our awards night, where I was recognized with second team all-conference, all-academic, and a varsity letter. I appreciate the support of my @firebirdxc coaches and teammates throughout the season. On to @WestTrackField!!

Sophomore XC season ended with a 16:34 PR making it to regionals as a team! I learned a lot this season from my coaches and teammates; thank you to the seniors for guiding me and pushing me to get better. On to track! #xc #trackandfield #sophomore

**School Record Alert** Ava Shepard broke the 3200 record last night at Edgewood. She ran a 10:36.14 breaking a record that has stood since 2007!!!
