It is with deep sorrow and profound sadness that I offer my heartfelt condolences to Her Excellency, Erelu (Dr.) Olusola Obada, CFR, on the passing of her beloved husband, Otunba Dr. Felix Babatunde Obada. The heartbreaking news of his demise came with a heavy sense of loss. Otunba Obada was a man of exceptional integrity, a consummate professional, and a devoted family man. His distinguished career saw him serve with honor at the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and later as the Managing Director of Nigeria e-Government Strategies Limited. His contributions, both in public service and private life, were immense and far-reaching. As a steadfast pillar of support to Erelu (Dr.) Olusola Obada, CFR, former Deputy Governor of Osun State and former Minister of State for Defence, Otunba Obada’s presence was deeply rooted in love, humility, and leadership. He will be fondly remembered for his kindness, generosity, and unwavering commitment to family and community. During this time of immense grief, I extend my deepest sympathies to Erelu Obada, their children, grandchildren, and the entire Obada family. May they find comfort in the rich memories shared and in the enduring legacy of a life well lived. I pray that God Almighty grants his soul eternal rest and gives the family the strength and fortitude to bear this great loss. May his soul rest in perfect peace. Amen.
