My father married my mum with a son from another man and we see him as our BIG brother right from childhood. My father passed away recently without a WILL and this BIG brother is insisting that he will take over my father's property as the first son and he will have share in my father's property I told him clearly, you are not my father's son and you have no right to his inheritance.
