@PassportCan Thank you for the response even though it seems generic. It's pretty sad that after waiting for 10 weeks I have to request a transfer to a specialized center with its own challenges. Is there any way I can know the status of the application at all? Our travel date is August 10.

@PassportCan I applied for my kids passport by mail and it was delivered on 9th May (8 weeks ago) . Our travel is withing 2 weeks now. I haven't received confirmation or news from the passport office nor my credit card is charged. I'm very concerned, what should I do?

@PassportCan @PassportCan I submitted my son's passport application by mail and it was delivered about 10 weeks ago. My CC was debited about 4 wks ago. I tried to check the status online but still expecting a response over 15 business days after. I called 1-800-567-6868 but lines are busy.
