@GabbbarSingh I have seen parents boast about their children settled abroad....also people find it as an achievement living abroad, even though they might not be doing great work, bcos of this mindset, lots of brain drain happens from India...

To earn good money in India, you need to be very high skilled, but if you are mid-skilled going abroad is the only option to match the earnings, but then you will never be able to come back, as you will have to take a drastic pay cut. This is one of the big reasons for people to stay put.
