@AshwiniVaishnaw @RailMinIndia just travelling from Patna station. What’s the point of escalators if they don’t work? Travelling by 02024, C3. The coach is in shambles. Dirt still there in eating trays. The entire train seems to be an opposite of what we see on social media.

@airtelindia I have applied for WiFi and was promised by your sales person Mr Santosh in Patna that it will be installed by 1st half today. Still no one has turned up. I have been calling customer care, they are also not providing any resolution. Is this your customer service?

@JM_Scindia sir request your help in stopping this apathy. How can we have digital India when the top company ignores customer issues and takes 72+ hours for installing a connection? My wife is a teacher and the studies of her students is getting hampered.

@kavinbm @shravinmittal @airtelindia inspire of so many escalations, I am appalled that no one is bothered. I just received this generic message from Airtel stating the installation will not be done even today.

Would further like to inform that it’s been a constant misinformation ride. Your sales person in Patna (Mr Santosh) promised that connection will be done by 16th, 1st half. Again today when there was some issue, your TSM in Patna (Mr Vikas) said today connection will be done 100%

@airtelindia is this going to be the kind of service going forward too?

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your engineer came just now for installation and after spending 1 hour, said that connection can’t be done, as the internal wiring done by your partner is not right. Some LC will come to check and then only it could be possible.
