we already saw this happen with projects like Terra billions vanished insanely fast and a lot of normal people learned a hard lesson: just because something has the word “stable” in it… doesn’t mean it’s actually safe 😅

that’s why these projects can collapse so quickly price drops → panic starts → more people sell → confidence disappears even more and suddenly the system that was supposed to keep things “stable” starts falling apart in front of everyone

because markets don’t behave calmly when things go bad 😭 people panic fast the moment price starts slipping, everyone rushes to sell before others do and once fear enters the market, no algorithm can magically control human emotions

normal stablecoins usually have real money or assets behind them algorithmic stablecoins don’t they mostly depend on code, supply changes, and people continuing to trust the system and honestly… that trust part is where everything gets scary
