@Telegraph @Nigel_Farage If Labour or even the Tories had said they were going to allow 14 year olds to smoke and there was a backlash Farage would have been out within minutes promising to raise the smoking age up to 21 or 25. He looks for the latest grievance or bandwagon to climb on.
