theistic religions believe that craving is will of God and so is suffering. The first principle of monotheistic religion is ‘God exists. What does He wants from me?. The first principle of Buddhism is ‘suffering exists. How do I escape it?’

If the mind of a person is free from all craving , no god can make him miserable. Conversely, once craving arises in a person’s mind, all the gods in the universe cannot save him from suffering. Because according to Buddha :-suffering arises from craving. Whereas……
