Great week for recruitment (thanks all!). We are now holding a few places for adoptee mums whose children don't live with them, but still have plenty of places for adoptee dads and a handful of adopter grandfathers. Please get in touch to take part (contacts below).

It was great to be at @bodysoulcharity event #lovevstrauma and hear from #StephenPorges about #polyvagaltheory, particularly how childhood trauma can make connecting and bonding to others complicated.
