When Mary returned to the Garden Tomb, angels—and then the risen Savior Himself—asked her a simple, searching question: “Why weepest thou?” (John 20:15). At Easter, that same loving question is quietly extended to each of us. I pray that you will find in your faith the light, the love, and the joy that He would have all of us feel at this sacred time of year. #GreaterLove

AI is failing. But we know what to do to stop it from failing and achieve all the good that it can. Unlock the potential of what AI can do for society. But if we don’t do something right now, we will NEVER get there. Watch the presentation. youtu.be/syI28AcDoio?fe…

54:1 🔸$2.5T in AI vs $46B in human capability. Most organisations aren’t ready to govern what they’re building. 🔸The real opportunity? Investing in the people behind AI. We’re partnering with organisations who want to lead that shift. ◼️ Join us: thinklead.app

The Human Advancement Pyramid answers the question of how we flourish as individuals, organisations and society. AI has added a whole new layer and in the process forced other levels to raise the bar significantly. But you will see that AI is not on top. It’s not the destination. Do we have the wisdom in leaders to change what’s going on out there? My article on the current war and the TRUMP moment. We need more maturity and wisdom. Does it exist? Has Trump and other leaders reached the top of this pyramid? v0-me-vision-landing-page.vercel.app/articles/when-…

Mathews Phosa — struggle icon, former premier, ANC Treasurer, lawyer, businessman and one of South Africa’s respected public voices — gave this address about the future and AI to students studying law, IT, and business. He sent it to me personally because he quoted principles from conversations we have been sharing with him. We are fully aligned. You will hear him quote: ‘Much public conversation frames the future as humans vs AI. This is the wrong frame. The real divide of the coming decade will be: High-maturity humans + AI versus Low-maturity humans + AI.’ He goes on to name the human capabilities we have been sharing with you, that no AI can take from us — Agency, Accountability, Moral Judgement, Commitment, Relationship — quoting them verbatim. Here is what strikes me about this moment. A man of Phosa’s stature does not quote ideas to students unless he believes they are true and urgent. He is talking to the generation entering your organisation right now. They are already thinking about and using AI actively. They are already asking what it means for their careers, their identity, and their future. The question for every leader receiving this message is simple: are you ahead of that conversation, or behind it? No leader can afford to ignore AI. It has already entered your people’s lives, your operations, and your competitive environment. It is shaping performance and determining futures — whether you are leading that process or not. The leaders who will define the next decade are not the ones who adopted the best AI tools. They are the ones who developed the most maturity, wisdom, and human leadership alongside it. We call that the 8 Human Powers. Phosa quoted five of them. The full eight are: Agency. Accountability. Moral Judgement. Commitment. Relationship. Faith — the capacity to move forward when the future is not yet certain. Hope — the conviction that tomorrow can be better. And Heart (Love) — the genuine care for people over machines. We must all develop these powers continuously, actively, at the pace the AI era demands. Your organisation must proactively build a culture of maturity and wisdom that is ready for whatever the world brings — global conflict, economic volatility, closed trade routes, AI, robotics, and whatever comes after. Billionaires are ensuring AI unleashes its full power. They are stopping at nothing! Our responsibility as leaders is to ensure our people unleash theirs. It is now possible for your leaders to be certified in these 8 Powers, just as it is possible to become AI certified - becoming wiser and more mature. We must match and surpass AI speed and progress. Reach out. The conversation is worth having. mevisionacademy.com youtu.be/hl2HsQoCJJI?fe…
