@AerLingus Thanks for your reply. However the initial request was submitted on 5th Jan and the subsequent update requests were submitted well in advance of Storm Emma. Would it be possible to give an indication of when you expect the case to be reviewed?

@AerLingus Following up on Case Reference: 1891783, please. Initial request was sent on 5th January and 2 update status requests followed on 13th of February and 26th of February. I've yet to receive a response other than the automated reply.
