@denkmit just watching @WorldSBK and thinking, Do Honda have a safety issue in testing? Marini, Espargaro, Dixon and Chantra all pretty badly injured in testing? Seems to many to be coincidence and accross different classes, pushing rider or development boundaries to far?

Apparently there’s a rumour doing the rounds that Termas di Rio Hondo is bidding to replace Lusail should the Qatar race not happen. I would be STUNNED if it happens. Short term organisation aside, teams just don’t have it built into budgets to go back to Argentina this year.

@denkmit Parking the obvious safety concerns with the move, liberty have made F1 into the most advanced cars trying to race roads that are designed for going to work! It just doesn’t work, pure bred race bikes should be pure race tracks! Its like underwater boxing, utter nonsense!

Quite a few teams don't have media scheduled today (Ducati, Honda, Yamaha), but out of those who have talked to me, by far the best two answers on Phillip Island have came from the two guys who most recently won their first ever races there

@AdrianParsley Been a lot of talk around conduct towards refs recently so I understand why they felt they had to clamp down. But honestly, despite being a huge Bundee fan, I think his age and his form of late means it’s a good time to break in some new blood
