A solution to the problem of lack of support for elite athletes suffering from mental health problems would be allowing them to focus on their wellness instead of just fitness.

Social isolation is a public health crisis and needs to be rectified through implementing gatherings and communities throughout the country. Digital media use also needs to be limited.

This first three weeks of EM203 have been very interesting! I have never taken a class like this and have been intrigued with the learning theories we have been diving in to! I loved the sudoku and although challenging I will definitly be trying it again #EM203Robin
