Because discipline shows up on screen The editor who lifts, runs, eats clean, and has energy all day will outwork the one who sleeps late, slouches, and burns out by 3 PM Better body Better focus Better output Most people think editing is only mental, Just switched from boxing to Muay Thai👀 Same principle, discipline in the gym translates to discipline in the timeline
