Had the opportunity to deliver a talk on legal rights & social issues at Zyante College, Bicholim, and Sai Nursing Institute, Sanquelim. These awareness programs, organized by the Goa State Commission for Women as part of International Women’s Day celebrations.

Instead, we need a positive approach that focuses on supporting men in distress, advocating for mental health awareness, n pushing for gender-neutral domestic violence laws. Goal should be to help men navigate these challenges, not to make them feel as if suicide is inevitable.
