Pastor Maveni Kaufononga has been elected as the first vice president of the South Pacific Division (SPD) of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. The experienced leader has been serving as Trans Pacific Union president since 2015.

More SPD appointments: Pastor Mike Sikuri has been re-elected secretary and Francois Keet has been re-elected treasurer. Both have held the roles since 2021. #GCS25

Pastor Glenn Townend has been re-elected president of the South Pacific Division (SPD) of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. The election of the world division leaders was held on the fifth day (June 7) of the 62nd General Conference (GC) Session in St Louis, Missouri. #GCS25

Audrey Andersson, Leonard Johnson, Thomas Lemon, Pierre E Omeler, Robert Osei-Bonsu, Saw Samuel and Artur Stele have been elected as general vice presidents of the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists.

Paul Douglas has been returned as treasurer of the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventist Church. He has been serving in the role since 2021. #GCS25

Richard E McEdward has been elected to serve as secretary of the General Conference of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Prior to his election, McEdward served as president of the Middle East and North Africa Union Mission (MENA), where he led strategic outreach efforts.
