Dear Californians... Start hiding assets. Layer your risk if you can. 1031 out of state if you can. The tax you pay to get out now will be less than what's coming. Listen up... this Communist experiment could've been shut down at anytime in the USA. Both our media and every level of government are not only ignoring the warning signs; they are beating the drum and helping to usher it in. San Diego County is trying to change term limits to stay in power longer! This is insane. We have Communist Mayors literally going to jail for treason... WAKE UP! This is not isolated to places like Oakland. San Diego is very much under communist / cartel control as well. The Fraud is so massive; there's no way the FBI, IRS, or HUD didn't know it was happening at scale. It was allowed to happen and is still ongoing and gushing like Niagara Falls. San Diego and California are "Sanctuaries" aka cut-outs where criminals choose what US Laws they want to enforce. This telegraphs to us all that there is no intention of reigning in the fraud, corruption, waste, and abuse happening at scale. We'll get a few bones tossed our way for the interim. They will begin enforcing Zone Zero in ~195 days and begin fining San Diegans and/or confiscating properties for noncompliance. 🆘

@SDUnitedComm Montana is building like gangbusters! Costco just replaced its 6 year old Costco with a bigger one. New dealerships, restaurants, big box stores, razed plots of land, housing, you name it. If you are in the Trades, get to the interior Red states.

There’s also a geographic distribution problem. However, it’s a signal that we should pay attention to…because the CA labor force is relocating to were the houses are. Build SFH in CA where people can afford starter homes.

Politicians like Bernie and AOC who want to block data centers are pro-China, not pro-America. If there are legitimate concerns regarding development, propose a reasonable solution to address them. But shutting down tech progress only helps America lose...
