I remembered when Kompany was linked to Chelsea immediately after he relegated Burnley, there was an uproar and the fanbase almost melt down. Now, Kompany is one of the best manager in Europe. Again, is not about the manager but the players he is feed with. Chelsea appointing Andoni Iraola is not the problem but the signings.
