A case manager contacted us earlier, promised a follow-up email, and then completely disappeared. No mail, no update, nothing. @SamsungIndia Your Mangalore service centre told us to submit the phone. This week they say the request is “on hold” with no explanation. (1/?)

@SamsungIndia We contacted customer care twice. Both times we were told the issue would be escalated, but nobody has reached out. This has been going in circles with zero accountability. We need a clear update and resolution — not more promises. (2/?)

Spent premium money on a Samsung S23 and in just 1.5 years the motherboard is dead. First it had the green line issue - fixed only after a long fight. Now Samsung wants ₹28,000 to replace the motherboard and refuses any support. This is the reality of owning an S-series flagship

It's an unpopular opinion, but the MacBook Air M1 at ₹50,000 is still worth it for day-to-day usage. I know that the Air M4 has been purchased for around ₹75,000 during sales, and you should buy it if you can. However, this suggestion isn't applicable to everyone in India. For the majority of Indians, ₹50,000 is already a massive amount, and adding another ₹20,000-₹25,000 on top of it isn't an easy thing to do at all. In terms of overall value, the M1 Air still outperforms almost every other Windows laptop at that price point.
