This brings me back to our argument about professional and unprofessional players. I told you people that the difference between professionals and unprofessionals is fitness, not talent. People kept arguing that you can't be better than anybody in Europe. What you lack is opportunity. Who don sabi don sabi. Football is a gift. Zadok had not played one minute of professional football in Nigeria. He was spotted by a scout and sent to Sweden to play with and against professionals. In a year, his impact in Sweden got him a big move to Brighton. From grassroot to dominating Swedish top league to moving to Brighton. "The best player in Nigeria cannot be better than the lowest ranked player in division 3" una. Go pursue am na

I am first and foremost a Muslim. I am an adherent of Islam, an Abrahamic believer, and a Hanif before anything else. Only then am I Yorùbá. To those who have made it their mission to question the loyalty of Yorùbá Muslims, you may continue your attacks. But know this: for a true Muslim, Islam will always come first. It precedes ethnicity, culture, and nationality because it is the primordial covenant with our Creator. A Yorùbá Muslim is not conflicted in his identity. He was a Muslim in the divine decree long before he was conceived, and he entered the world as Yorùbá the day he was born to Yorùbá parents. These two identities are not rivals—they are perfectly compatible. One defines his eternal soul and purpose; the other shapes his language, culture, and earthly heritage. Both have their rightful place. If any Yorùbá Muslim chooses, for whatever reason, to place ethnicity above Islam, then that person has failed to grasp the most fundamental principle of our faith: La ilaha illallah (there is no god but Allah), and nothing has precedence over Him. Such a person's reckoning is with Allah alone. My identity is clear and unapologetic: Islam first. Always. Everything else follows in its proper order.
Olu B.@olaoluwamide

@IdrisAOni1 You are either a Yoruba Ist or a Muslim 1st. Islamic values (Arabian values) are against our essence as Yoruba people. We practice Islam with omoluabi values in time past. Unfortunately, that value is now a subject of irritation to fundamentalists. We are going to resist it.

Don’t give women hope Ladies get mature earlier than it used to be working age of 10-14 so definitely the age of infertility would drop as well. Tell them the street will be there forever but their time won’t be there forever so they should wrap the baddie lifestyle up before it’s too late.

Fellow Nigerians, Three years ago, on this day, I first addressed you as your President. I pledged courage in leadership, honesty in reform, and commitment to rebuilding the foundations of our economy. The decisions we have taken since have been difficult but necessary. Today, the signs of recovery, resilience, and renewal are visible across our country. In honour of this milestone, and as a precursor to Democracy Day, today, across all six geopolitical zones, over twenty groups of strategic projects in energy, health, enterprise, education, and public works would be commissioned. Under the Midstream and Downstream Gas Infrastructure Fund, four flagship projects today. FEMADEC Energy at the Federal University of Technology, Owerri — the first of twenty CNG refuelling stations in our federal universities. Portland Gas at Ojota, Lagos — a 96,000 SCMD CNG mother station, with a daughter station in Kubwa, Abuja. Ibile Oil and Gas, with its network of fifteen CNG refuelling stations across Lagos State. And Rolling Energy at Jahi, Abuja — anchoring a portfolio of seventeen RLNG and LCNG facilities across Kaduna, Kano and Borno. Together, these projects will lower transport costs, expand cleaner energy, and strengthen our energy sovereignty. In the health sector, thirteen new projects today across all six zones — every one of them ribbon-cut on the ground today. Six new facilities at our federal teaching hospitals: the President Bola Tinubu Complex at the Federal Medical Centre, Abuja; the Trauma Centre Pharmacy Quality Control Laboratory at Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital, Zaria; the Infertility and Assisted Reproductive Technology Centre at Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Teaching Hospital, Bauchi; the new Mental Health Complex at the University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital; the new Administrative Complex at the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital, Enugu; and the Laboratory Complex at the University of Uyo Teaching Hospital. Also commissioned are the State Emergency Operations Centres in Kano, Sokoto and Katsina; the newly constructed Lagos Vaccine Hub in Oshodi; and the National Emergency Medical Service and Ambulance System fleet — one hundred and forty-five tricycle ambulances, six boat ambulances, and seventy-nine new ambulances for our federal hospitals. Two revitalised primary health centres at Gadon Kaya in Kano and Aboh in Delta State. These two stand for the almost three thousand primary health centres our administration has revitalised under the IMPACT programme over the last two years, alongside twenty-seven equipped Comprehensive Emergency Obstetric and Newborn Care sites, one thousand six hundred and two revitalised Level 1 facilities, and one thousand three hundred and sixty revitalised Level 2 facilities, together bringing quality care closer to ordinary Nigerians in every zone. Alongside these, the new SMEDAN Industrial Development Centre at Ikorodu, Lagos, and additional projects in education and public works being delivered across the country. These projects are not ceremonial symbols. They are evidence that the Renewed Hope Agenda is being felt in homes, businesses, schools and hospitals across our federation. Today is the commemoration of our inauguration. It is not a day for long speeches. On June 12, our Democracy Day, we will present our full scorecard to Nigerians. And so, by the authority vested in me as President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, I hereby declare all these projects — across our health system, our energy infrastructure, our enterprise, our education and our public works — duly commissioned, and dedicated to the service of the Nigerian people. The work continues. The reforms continue. And our resolve remains unshaken. Thank you, and may God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria. My Friend Bought Real Iphone 14 Promax N50k Today .. So on the bus today while returning from church, someone brought out a real iPhone 14 pro max and was offering to sell it to my friend for 75k last. He said his mother was in the hospital and they needed 75k for the surgery which was why he needed the exact amount. Since he mentioned 75k, my friend started pricing it for 50k. I collected it and checked. Everything was working fine. The screen of the phone had the seller's picture as Screen saver. I told my friend that the phone could be stolen. He said even though it is, he would flash it and change the casing or resell it immediately. That was how my friend paid o Through transfer. Despite my warning. I was just holding the phone and looking at it in shock. At a point I wished it was me that bought it. But kai. 50k for iPhone? No na. No amount of desperation would make me sell for 50k. We got to our junction and got down.. My friend and I sat down under a tree to look at the phone he had bought again. While pressing the phone, it turned off. The screen could not turn on again. We felt it was battery so we decided to find a place to charge it. Suddenly, the screen turned on again. We started seeing the screen showing "Searching..." The search icon stayed for like 2 minutes rotating like planet Earth. Then it switched to "Tracking... Tracking... Tracking..." I was the one holding the phone at that moment. I quickly gave my friend his phone to hold first. He didn't collect it again. He said I should hold it. I didn't understand anymore. So I shouted at him. "Bros collect your phone na." "Shey you dey hold am. Just dey hold am de go na. Make e track finish." "Track who?" He told me "The thing e dey track?" "Which thing? Oga hold your phone." He replied "Calm down na. We no know wetin e the track. Shey I dey here na. Hold am. Maybe e dey track network?" "Hiaaann... Let it continue tracking network in your hand abeg. Hold your phone biko." I shoved the phone in his pocket and continued began to walk home. Suddenly from behind my friend shouted and ran past me. I joined him to run. While running I was asking him. "Kelechi? Why are you running?" Kelechi shouted back. "The phone show location found." Ahhhh! I asked him " Which location?" Then he said "I no know o. Maybe na our location." I was still running right with Kelechi when I saw that he was running with the phone in his hand. I turned back silently and started running left. That left was a bush. I didn't mind. I kept following it and running for my life. Only for me to turn back and see Kelechi following me behind with the phone still in his hand. We stayed inside the bush till the phone turned off again.. I immediately told him I no longer want to come to his house for Easter rice. I left him and went home straight... At least my mama cooked same rice.. By Praises Chidera Obiora
