As for Kahneman’s work, I’ve only read “Thinking, Fast and Slow” so far. But besides that, I’ve also read other books that touch on how the human brain makes decisions, one of them is “Never Split the Difference” from Chris Voss. The book is actually all about negotiation techniques, but it mentions Kahneman’s research findings a few times. Since negotiation obviously involves quick thinking and fast decision-making, I feel like “Never Split the Difference” is basically a perfect deep-dive into how System 1 and System 2 actually play out in real life. :> Really? That’s super interesting! Now that you mentioned it, what is your thesis topic actually about? How did you link the theory of heuristics and biases to your thesis?
