The mouth doesn't move, not in suit mode, but a low husky voice emanates from the mascot's mouth. It sounds a little strained, but still pretty friendly! “ Hey there, kiddo. What's your name, hmm? ” God, Henrietta's never been good at this part of the job...

Hopping up without a second thought. Those noises were fairly common to her ears by now, so it didn't freak her out.... badly.
