The ex attempted to utilize the police, yet again, to have me arrested under false statement and fabrication. I was abused for 5 years, and it continues post separation, and she is trying to use police to further that abuse. Fucking disgusting.

She took my baby from me because she can't stand that I am independent and have found a way to be happy. She found a way to continue abusing me after we separated and it's just disgusting. My daughter deserves better. I can't even get a picture confirming she's even alive.

@serephita @stephnoob This is the same person that stole my wedding band off of my hand while I was unconscious and convulsing and then forcibly moved me into a college rooming house while I was in the ICU, making threats to my personal safety and life if I attempted to return home. So yeah.

@serephita @stephnoob So I make 28k, they wont help if u make over 22k. If I want to talk to a lawyer, I have to literally starve myself for the month and that's just to get some level of consultation. I don't have 5k lying about for a retainer, my ex ensured that by stealing all of the money.

@stephnoob 5k in stolen personal belongings, 30k a year in unreported income, 37k in stolen joint savings, stolen child..... stolen money from social services.... the list goes on yet I have to figure it out alone.

@stephnoob The amusing part is my ex thinks I'll just give up and walk away because they managed an adjournment. Unfortunately, she fails to realize this is about my daughter and not about me. I don't give up on my daughter. Oh did I mention the social services fraud too? Lmfao its great.

@AffinIRL ugh. I'm sorry. my friend wasn't married but basically hasn't seen their kid since they were a couple months old because the mom is a fucking bitch, who also said she wasn't going to ask for child support and then changed her mind but they're still not allowed to see the kid

@stephnoob It's fantastic that the system doesn't give two shits about the situation unless I have money. Makes total sense. I am sitting back watching my ex abuse my child and use her as a weapon to control and manipulate me. Just like the marriage. Endless amounts of disgusting abuse.

I wanted equal access to my child, uncovered my ex committing tax fraud to the tune of tens of thousands a year, and in retaliation of opening a court case FOR MY DAUGHTER, I have been refused ALL access to my child. Guess who wants full custody now.
