@JonnyV_916 @RandPaul Exactly, the system isn’t broken, insurance is. ACA drives costs up, and until people separate healthcare from insurance, nothing real will change

1. The healthcare system isn’t broken, their relationship with the Health Insurance industry is. 2. A year of healthcare does not cost as much as brand new car. A year of Health Insurance does. 3. The ACA was specifically designed to cost more than most people can afford on purpose. This way people have to vote for the party that provides the highest subsidies, which will always be democrats. 4. You’re not going to fix anything because you clearly don’t understand the strategy enough to defeat it since you conflate healthcare with heath insurance.

@RandPaul Moron. The healthcare system is fine. It’s the healthcare insurance industry that’s the problem. Due to Obamacare.

@RandPaul Ok fix it. Medicare/Medicaid for All that want it. It's efficient (4%) to administer, and widely accepted. Premiums can vary by age and employers should be required to pay into it if they don't provide qualified ERISA plans

@RandPaul One of the core problems is that insurance works by speaking risk. That is hard to do for illness since the risk is 100% for everyone. The VA should be evidence enough that “single payer” is not the answer, but right now health issuance is just a middle-man industry.

@BrentT744093 @RandPaul For real, if there’s a fix, bring it forward. We’ve heard the talk for years. Make prices transparent, force real competition, and get it done.

Tariffs, massive investments, reduction of bureaucracy and lower interest rates are all part of Trump’s make America great policy. But the Federal Reserve is still relying on inadequate data and obstructing success. It must adopt the “Productivity Factor.” Read, share, make it so.

President Trump's statement positions tariffs not only as an economic tool but as a measure to protect national security and promote wealth. By framing tariffs as a strategy for safeguarding the U.S. from foreign threats, he appeals to both patriotism and economic self-interest. However, the effectiveness of tariffs in achieving these goals is still debated. While they can provide temporary protection for certain industries, tariffs can also lead to higher consumer prices and retaliation from other nations. The challenge will be balancing the protection of U.S. interests with the broader consequences for global trade relations. Trump's rhetoric highlights a sharp divide between protectionism and global cooperation, and it will be interesting to see how this stance evolves.
