I always felt good at my ability to work for 48hrs nonstop to achieve something's. Right now, the same work that requires me working for 48hrs, I just completed it in 10 minutes using Claude AI & the truth is the result was far better than what I've been getting. I feel weird 😂

Some people make money. Others slowly trade themselves for it. At first, it’s small. You say yes to things you once said no to. You bend your values “just this once.” You take meetings that don’t feel right… but might lead somewhere. No big deal. Until it becomes a pattern.

In 1994, Jeff Bezos left a stable job at the hedge fund D.E. Shaw after discovering internet usage was growing 2,300% per year. He didn’t know exactly what to build so he made a list of 20 possible products to sell online. That decision became Amazon 👇🏻 open.substack.com/pub/jeffnelly/…

A bank run doesn’t start with numbers. It starts with fear. In March 2023, Silicon Valley Bank collapsed in less than 48 hours. $42 billion was withdrawn in a single day. Not because customers suddenly discovered bad spreadsheets. Because confidence vanished.
