Faces of Archi.Kampus 2025 – Kinshasa From Uganda to Zambia, Ghana to South Africa, Congo to Nigeria ,over 500 architecture students came together in Kinshasa for the 3rd Archi.Kampus and the AUA 2025 RDC

Working under four guiding themes — Regeneration, Production, Archiving, and Innovation — students, led by their National Heads, formed four teams to discuss, sketch, and envision transformative ideas for this site.

We officially kicked off the Archi.Kampus activities with the Head of the South Region outlining what to expect from the 2-day workshop. The focus: proposing regeneration solutions for a brownfield at Ngobila Beach shore in Kinshasa

A Call to Action The Chairperson - AUA Students Committee @hmark410 reflected on the journey of Archi.Kampus from Mauritius, Uganda, and Zambia to now DRC. In his message, he called on all students to unite, take responsibility, and actively contribute to the built environment.

Student Voices at Archi.Kampus 2025 – Kinshasa Paulo Carmine Tuba, Head of Central Region on the AUA Students Committee from lInstitut supérieur d'architecture et d'urbanisme, welcomed students from across Africa. He showcased the strength of a pan-African community of students.

Opening of Archi.Kampus 2025 – Kinshasa Opened by Architect Ben Ciepela, Chairperson of the Archi.Kampus Coordination Team In his welcome address, he extended warm greetings and introduced the committee of architects to oversee the proceedings of this year’s Archi.Kampus.
