I’ve been reflecting on all the DClinPsy tweets recently. As someone who is halfway through 1st year, I completely agree with this thread. For me, the dclin has been the definition of disillusionment.

When all you wonderful aspiring clin psychs get on to your #dclinpsy courses: Challenge what it means to be a clin psych Criticise the hell out of the profession Learn about its racist, sexist, mysoginist, classist history Learn through being uncomfortable Say no to status quo!

Morning all. I just want to offer my commiserations to those who have not been invited for an interview on the #dclin. I see you and I know the feeling. I felt rejected, not good enough, like a failure. Harder still was that my friend did get an interview and got on. I was happy
