👑Atim @Afrolems has being putting us on for years 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 Many moons ago, the first time I made Mosa ( the Odogwu of Small Chops ) by myself without my Mum Taiwo’s guidance, I got the recipe from the OG’s blog. Thank you for all you do & the knowledge you share 👑Atim.

For the sake of record keeping and future writers, yogurt as a sub for yeast in PuffPuff was first researched and shared by Atim of Afrolems many years ago.

The significance of the first image is I had no idea what the Moonshot event was about until the boss I worked for @Afrolems as a Chef Assistant , asked if I would love to attend. She then paid for my ticket because she believed I'd benefit from it.

The 1st frame was taken at 2023 Moonshot where I first saw and listened to the Honorable Minister of Communications, Innovation, and Digital Economy- Dr. Bosun Tijani. The 2nd was taken in 2026 as he, together with the Minister of Education, awarded me a 50m grant for my start-up

Today a modern West African restaurant has a Michelin star (Chishuru), and restaurants like Ona and Ajoje are vibrant examples of what an informed conversation on our indigenous gastronomy is supposed to taste like
