ik the Wanda change is kind of weird to look at but it’s genuinely a great change for her she will have permanent uptime on her bolts now!!!!!! that said.. a lot of these changes are not great

@Afton_____ she has a little less dmg on beam at long range but her overall beam damage is higher. her bolts recharge like extremely fast now. nearly double what they recharged before 5.5 she will have permanent uptime on her bolts now
