We have many loopholes in our healthcare system especially regarding insurance (CBHI especially). Some are even penalized ( are not given PBF) bcz of the so called losses from unpaid interventions.

Hi @CharityKeza, this is criminal indeed. The question to ask ourselves too is what would it take for people who witness these injustices, to feel empowered to take action and protect the ones who are unable to defend themselves in that moment? In other words, next time we are witnessing something not right, in a public or private setting: - how do we appeal to structural pressure -> professional/personal accountability with penalties for causing harm. - how do we empower people with ‘scripts’ to know **how** to take action -> by saying outloud “this is an emergency, we need written refusal with your name or we are documenting this case…” - how do we make interventions socially acceptable -> becoming that one assertive voice that encourages others to act, as a way to fight the ‘Bystander Effect’. As a society, we need more people to act despite discomfort, and more importantly, systems that back them when they do.
