@TheDeFinvestor What i don't get is why there are so few mentions of pendle. Outstanding project and positioned incredibly well for RWA and Boros stands to profit massively from the perp dex takeover. By far my favorite defi protocol for the time being

Pendle is the undisputed winner in the yield trading sector. It currently has 30 times more TVL than the 2nd largest yield trading app. One of the few projects with true PMF.

@patron4eg Barrier of entry is too high imo. Would have been smarter if they launched this with 0 upfront cost and charged a fee for 1 month post launch based on volume.

#PNKSTR I’ve fixed in 10% of my position at $0.07. It’s an excellent product, but so far, apart from interest in $PNKSTR itself, there is zero real activity. Yes, the other networks haven’t launched yet, but along with the main platform launch, contract owners have only launched 2 tokens at a cost of 1 $ETH per listing, and I don’t see the expected boost from those royalties. There are new recursive tokens, but there’s no volume there yet and the launch is very cheap at 0.01 $ETH. I have no doubts about the project’s fundamentals or that it will perform sooner or later, but apparently not right now... It’s possible we’ll keep growing a bit more on market momentum and new money inflows, but I think the token should pull back quite a lot. ❗️There is a chance that somehow $PNKSTR will start a parabolic move with no pullbacks and then everything else will catch up - including interest in the platform, trading activity, volumes - or maybe someone will deliberately trigger this process, like OpenSea or some fund Adam quietly made a deal with. But for now I’m partially taking profits to feel comfortable.

NFTs don’t die - they just wait for the next wave.

I was never sold on Web3 gaming it was doomed from the beginning. Imo what we need are web2 games implementing some parts of web3 tech. Imagine wow where in game items are tradeable nfts for example or in-game gold is an actual token. These markets already exist they are just illegal and part of the black market. Would make players be able to legally make a buck and get value out of their invested time instead for having to opt in to illegally sell stuff. Legitimizing the already existing multi billion black gaming market through web3 tech is where I see value

crypto gaming is dead. 1/ I’ve been a crypto gaming maxi for the past 4 years. Played everything from browser, mobile, TG to PC. We were early but I believed in the potential. 2/ But lately? It’s been getting grim. Studios shutting down overnight, “next big thing” games disappearing, teams going radio silent. The vibes are off. 3/ So after years of coping, I decided: fck it, let’s install Steam again. Mind you, the last web2 games I played were Shadowlands and Overwatch. 4/ Naturally, I started with what I know best: CS2. Felt good. Tight. Polished. Zero token BS. 5/ Then I bought Cyberpunk 2077 + Phantom Liberty. Holy. Fcking. Shit. Modern AAA games are insane now. the engine, story, immersion. I was actually shocked and this was a 2020 game. 6/ Next up, ARC Raiders. At this point I’m like: “Yeah… web3 games are fckd.” 7/ Because here’s the truth nobody in crypto gaming wants to say out loud: Aside from the quality gap, web3 gaming is fundamentally flawed. 8/ The players aren’t players. They’re either investors or farmers. Both dont want to lose money. Both groups expect upside. Neither actually cares about gameplay. 9/ These so-called “assets” we’re grinding for? They’re fairy dust. And trust me, I’ve collected a lot of fairy dust over the years. 10/ So yeah… this is it. The end of my crypto gaming journey. This is my last extraction. 11/ And soon, it’ll be everyone else’s too. When the music stops, the only thing left will be VCs holding bags and retail waiting for the “next cycle”. 12/ Remember: this whole space is fueled by speculation first, fun second. You either leave early… or you stay until the last penny drops. The End.

Yea that's what i mean. Use 1-5% of nfts in treasury as collateral to borrow usdc and then farm stable pairs for example. At the same time the strategy defends floor price to reduce risk of liquidation. I thought of the airdrops too and that's another yield opportunity. There are many possibilities here we are witnessing an emerging market in its infancy. anyone that trashes and calls this a ponzi is too narrow sighted imo

@AgainstDegen What do you mean exactly? Will strategies leave their NFT as collateral and borrow ETH/USDC? It would also be nice if strategies were eligible for airdrops for holding NFT.

What we are witnessing with $CHMPSTR and $PNKSTR is only the beginning. This will eventually evolve and strategies will use some of the acquired nfts as collateral for stablecoin loans which then generate yield. lending / fractionalized ownership at a premium liquidity providing All profits will then be redistributed to token holders and creators On top of this we ll eventually get defi integration of the tokens themselves aswell. Interesting to see where this all leads
