There were 40 free throws (20 by each team) and 26 fouls in the first half. Takenzie Young and Kendall Hemmerle both have 10 points to lead Manual. Ciara Rudolph (13 points) and Ziya Velez-Smith (12 points) lead Central.

Central's Ziya Velez-Smith opens second half with a 3 and we're tied at 41. Central has climbed all the way back from an early 20-6 hole.

Manual's Takenzie Young scores, but Central has the ball and a 70-64 lead with 1:09 left.

Girls: Central 76, Manual 68, final. Yellowjackets clinch No. 1 seed in 25th District Tournament.

Ziya Velez-Smith led Central with 23 points, but Yellowjackets also got big nights from Ciara Rudolph (18 points) and Tamari Rudolph (16 points). Kendall Hemmerle led Manual with 18 points.
