Capcom please put out a hotfix to fix these slow down issues. I can’t play games without stutters and the game feeling laggy. What on earth did they do in this patch to cause this? 😭

[Notice] We have implemented a fix for an issue where players could receive multiple disconnect penalties each time they logged in after disconnecting during an online match.
Any Yellow or Red Cards issued as a result of this issue have now been cleared.

@Agent6viper @Margqulius Most neutral skips in this game are very straightforward to parry, think Tiger Knee or Burning Knuckle, the entire game is balanced around the possibility of parrying annoying pressure but that doesn't make it weaker. tk Burn Kick is very, very strong right now.

Yeah, Viper is Top 5 potentially top 3. Burn kick being plus 1 and visually indistinguishable from her other burn kicks is just too oppressive.
Note* I am a viper player before I see any trigger responses.

@daniel_velardee @Margqulius What a terrible comparison. Light tiger knee is 14 frame startup. The fastest air burn kick that's plus on block is active on the 29th frame..... Extremely slow and reactable.
