@ashimilation @VideojuegosGAME Si claro, tendrían q ponerse de acuerdo las tiendas físicas. Pero si ni siquiera se vendieran los CIAB en tiendas, no digo q sea de facto un monopolio, pero puede ser un abuso de posición. Te aseguro q Europa entraría en ese caso a investigar.

£2B (~$2.7B) "PlayStation You Owe Us" class action claims unfair digital pricing and closed ecosystem. The disc phase-out is worsening the case. Trial progressed in 2026.

Related antitrust suits over digital game monopoly (no third-party codes, higher prices). One settled for ~$7.85M in credits; another 2026 case ongoing on misleading "Buy" buttons for licenses.
