Before boarding Air Force One to leave Beijing, the entire U.S. delegation dumped every item given to them by Chinese hosts — gifts, badges, pins, commemorative items — into a trash bin on site. Nothing of Chinese origin got on the plane. The delegation had already left personal devices at home and used clean burner phones throughout the trip.

Unlike the UAE’s regular-service F-16s, which proudly display the national flag and clear tail numbers, these escort jets had their markings deliberately painted over and concealed. This is not a cosmetic change. It is a calculated move to hide the UAE’s direct involvement in operations against Iran. Should any of these aircraft be shot down, crash at low altitude, or have its wreckage captured on camera, there would be no immediate proof linking it back to Abu Dhabi. This is not the first indirect confirmation of Emirati participation in the war. Independent analysts have repeatedly exposed the UAE’s covert role in strikes and support operations against Iran. The broader picture is damning. While Western puppets and their corrupt elites live their best lives - flying private jets, stashing looted wealth in Dubai, and enjoying luxury protected by Gulf autocracies - the UAE continues its role as a serial enabler. It stokes conflicts across the Global South, de-industrializes nations, engineers poverty to create streams of cheap slave labor, and provides the military muscle and plausible deniability that keeps the empire’s dirty work running smoothly. The painted-over F-16s are more than operational secrecy. They are a perfect symbol of how the UAE operates: aggressive, duplicitous, and desperate to avoid accountability while serving as the outsourced attack dog for larger powers.
