Extremely disappointed by @Interflora. Ordered a bouquet (#18286142) for my mum on Mother’s day. They updated the status as ‘Delivered’ only to learn later they haven’t. The cc said they can’t deliver it today and will deliver tomorrow! No refund given too. Day is spoiled for me.

@help_delhivery yes, thanks. you can easily improve upon the service though. the contact numbers also do not work. after 4 days of trying to contact various delivery agents and customer service and not getting through, i had to put on X. thanks for the delivery now.

@delhivery Extremely disappointing service. Since last 4 days, I’m getting a message that ‘your package is out for delivery’. The delivery agent updates the status in the evening saying ‘We tried to reach but couldn’t’. My package is still not delivered.

@myntra Three days hence, I’ve received another call asking to upload pics yet again. I’ve now sent/uploaded pics 4 times but not got any resolution!! Again urging a senior executive to look into this and resolve it.

@myntra I’ve received three email asking for pics, and i’ve sent each time. once you replied saying i need to return from the app. You’ve taken so long that the return window has closed. i replied with this info.please ask someone senior who can take decision to call me and resolve this.

@myntra I ordered for 2 jackets. and got an unrelated blue tshirt instead. Have heard of this scam that people charge for expensive items and deliver a cheaper item. The packet looked thinner than expected, so made a video of opening it.
