The thing modern British breweries have never got is "craft" beer drinkers want to drink trad German Helles, and "lager" drinkers want something cold, clear, fizzy and tasteless. Still there's loads of hazy/ddh/NZ hopped lager kicking about that nobody really likes.

First cider/Perry I've drunk for a long while. For someone who judged the world cider awards a couple of years ago, that's pretty wild. It's a steep drop once you're off the radar in the cider industry though.

Miedema leaving Arsenal is awful news. I get we have Russo now, and Blackstenius has been great this season, but she's the all time top scorer in the WSL and will be in her prime when she's back to full fitness. I assume she's going to Chelsea and Kerr won't be signing a new deal
