Agodaにすっぽかされたバリ島のアクティビティの件で、Agodaと格闘中やねんけど、2018年に、オーストラリアの帰りにシンガポールにストップオーバーする事にしました。SQのSSH(シンガポールストップオーバーホリデー)と言う、ホテル+空港送迎+SQのHoponbus乗り放題+各種アクティビティなどの割引が付いたプログラムを使えばよかったのに Agodaで予約してしまい後に大変な事に。 チャイナタウンにあるHotel 1929を予約。朝食付きプランなのに、ホテル自体、朝食は提供してなかった。お詫びに予約していたスタンダードルームから少し広い部屋にUGしたと、実際はUGされてはなくて、ホテルが裏でカードに上乗せ請求をしていた。 これに気がついて、Agodaとしばらくやり取りを続ける事に、Agodaが調査にいき、ホテルの予約担当に会って話しをするとの事で、数日待ちましたが、ここからサスペンスみたいな展開になっていくのです。 ホテルの予約担当責任者 「エリザベス」と名乗る女が、Agodaがホテルに調査が来る事を知り、逃亡して、連絡が取れなくなってるとの事、Agodaからメールがきました。逃亡とかもう笑うしかないけど、ここで引くわけにはいかず、粘り強く交渉を続け、結果、全額返金されました。　 その後、責任者のエリザベスと言う女はどないなったんやろ？今でもあのホテルで働いてるのかな？ 思い返すと、笑いが止まらない。 オモロイ体験をしました。 #agoda #シンガポール

Agoda service is very disappointed. They have creating trap and changing date of arrival from background after payment done.

เจ้ากน้าที่ agoda call center บางคนก็พูดจาดี อธิบายช้าๆ ฟังเข้าใจง่าย แน่บางคนพูดจาแย่มาก จากที่เราร้อนใจเรื่องตั๋วโดนเลื่อนยุแล้ว แต่ถามละยังพูดคำถามไม่จบ แทรกพูดขึ้นมาละ ต่อมโมโหคือปริ้ดเลยโว้ย เป็นเหี้ยอะไร ไม่พอใจอยากทำงานก็ลาออกไปอิสัส
