@aaron_laww Step one was to send my v1 tokens to and address step to was to send the transaction hash and then wait 48 hours to receive new tokens but it’s more than 2 weeks and still waiting with no answer from support

@hilomarket I followed step by step the migration as recommended and never received the new token. Hilo is not serious and are thief.
