Congrats to Joshua Dobbs and the Titans for keeping this one as close as it was. The play ruled a fumble returned for a TD was very, very close to being a forward pass. Surprised they didn't give it a longer look.

@CWar12 @Rumrunner11 @RealSkipBayless Pretty irrefutable: 1) the instant the video starts his arm is moving forward, 2) the ball doesn’t come loose until slightly after the video starts. Conclusion: ball doesn’t come loose until after arm is moving forward. By rule it’s a pass.

@Ahamo72 @5on_it @RealSkipBayless The ball was still in his hand when the arm came forward but it had started coming loose making it a clean fumble. The league office will confirm Monday but it was the right call as replay had a perfect angle. Hence the quick review.
