بتيجي بتعمل تخصص باميركا عشان الموارد عندهم بتتفاجئ بالواقع فترة ما في IV fluids وبتعطي المريض عال مي بشرب وفترة ما في blood culture تمشي مضادات على بركة الله والسيستم كل شوي يخرب وفوق كل هالكلام ما بتقدر تعطي بنادول IV لانه غالي 😂😂
