A New Chapter for Gombe, Rooted in Unity, Continuity and Shared Progress I begin by giving all praises to Almighty Allah (SWT), the Giver of honour, responsibility, and guidance. To Him alone belongs all glory, and it is in Him that we place our trust as we embark on this important journey. Today marks a significant moment, not just for me, but for the collective future of our dear Gombe State. I receive with deep humility and a profound sense of responsibility the endorsement for the 2027 governorship race under our great party, the @OfficialAPCNg graciously given by @HEInuwaYahaya, CON. Your Excellency, I express my sincere gratitude. Your confidence in me is both an honour and a solemn trust. I do not take it lightly. It is a call to greater service, guided by the vision you have established, a vision anchored on stability, prudent governance, and measurable progress. I wish to state clearly that this moment is not about an individual. It is about continuity of purpose and the collective aspiration to place Gombe first in all that we do. I am fully committed to building on the solid foundation your administration has laid, while working to deepen and expand its impact across all sectors of our state. Let me also extend my utmost respect and appreciation to my fellow aspirants. Each of you brings value, experience, and a genuine desire to serve our people. Our ambitions are united by a common purpose, to see a better, safer, and more prosperous Gombe. I remain open and committed to working with all of you in the spirit of unity, consultation, and shared responsibility. At the end of this process, what must prevail is not individual ambition, but the collective good of our state. To the leadership of our party in the state @GombeAPC, ably led by our Chairman, Mr. Mohammed Dantata Ndus (Magayakin Kaltungo), and the entire executive, I thank you for your guidance and stewardship. The strength of our party lies in its unity, discipline, and commitment to the people. To our revered traditional rulers, respected religious leaders, elders, civil servants, women, and the vibrant youth of Gombe State, I offer my respect and reassurance. Your voices, your concerns, and your aspirations will remain central to governance. Leadership must listen, and I pledge to lead with openness, inclusion, and accountability. My vision for Gombe State is anchored on continuity and sustainability; that's consolidating existing achievements so far made by His Excellency, Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, CON, while introducing innovative policies and programmes that would ensure long-term development, inclusive growth, and improved welfare for all citizens. Good governance, transparency, and people-oriented leadership, peace, unity by the grace of Allah, will remain at the heart of our agenda. To the good people of Gombe State, I say this moment belongs to you. Your resilience, your faith, and your belief in a better future continue to inspire this journey. I assure you that we will work tirelessly to justify your trust, In Shaa Allah. To our supporters and well-wishers, I urge calm, restraint, and maturity. This is a time for unity, not division. I strongly discourage any form of hostility, negative rhetoric, or actions that may undermine the peace and cohesion of our party and our state. Let us conduct ourselves in a manner that reflects our shared values of respect, discipline, and purpose. This endorsement is not a conclusion, it is the beginning of a broader responsibility. A responsibility to unite, to listen, and to deliver. Together, with a shared vision and a commitment to peace and progress, we will move forward stronger, more focused, and determined to build a Gombe that works for everyone. May Almighty Allah (SWT) bless our great party, the All Progressives Congress, bless Gombe State, and bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Signed: Dr. Jamil Isyaku Gwamna Sardaunan Gombe. 3rd May, 2026.

Atiku lacks strategy. All he knows is to contest election every 4 years. He does the same thing over and over again and expects a different result. Sometimes, when you try something severally and it doesn’t work out, you relax, plan, strategize, align and try again.

I really feel bad whenever I hear a Muslim say that music is their therapy.

Peter Obi and kwankwaso are selfish, they’re after their interests not the good people of Nigeria
