No caffeine or stimulants 8 hours before bed. Even if you CAN fall asleep, those stimulants murder your sleep quality of they're still active in your system. No phone 1 hour before planned sleep (try reading, it knocks me out within an hour) Look into magnesium threonate and theanine to help fall asleep/stay asleep over melatonin. Wake up at roughly the same time every day and get sunlight in your eyes soon after waking to set circadian rhythm. If your sleep schedule is fucked, you'll be getting a boost too late in the day that will keep you up. Ideally work out once a day too or at least get some steps in. Even a little sweat in a pop up sauna gets me ready to hibernate. Going to sleep at the same time every night isn't as vital, but try to get 6-8 hours. I sleep with brown noise and a fan on me. Cool rooms or cooled mattresses help you sleep better. You're mid 20's and not training extremely hard (powerlifting comp/marathon/etc) so you likely only need 8 hours or less, but I would almost guarantee the QUALITY of your sleep is destroying you rn, not the quantity. Look into a sleep study to see if possible sleep apnea is an issue if you still can't sleep well or feel rested after these lifestyle changes.

I definitely suffer from insomnia and I've tried taking melatonin but it always makes me feel AWFUL the next day. Any tips for actually getting a full 8+ hours of sleep?

After about a year and half everyone was running a kar98, one shotting, and that too in Caldera where the whole maps is so open and wall bangable and ruined it.

@HeinzChunkyMayo @IceManIsaac @RavenSoftware We had it in Warzone Verdansk and Caldera too, some amazing sniper moments to be had there. But suddenly now it’s the worst thing ever in Warzone 2? Just think of all the sniper mains who’ve had their fun gameplay experience neutered 🤷‍♂️
