I know a 16 year old Somali girl called Ma’idah who is a regular customer at our shop. She’s, unfortunately, suffering from cancer and has recently undergone surgery to have a tumour removed. I promised her I’d keep her in my prayers. I’d appreciate it if any of you did too.

@jungerslop @V1tastan Yes please! Would’ve been during the late-WW1/interwar period then and referencing the Freikorps not the Wehrmacht.

Another story I’ve forgotten where I read it was of a Lithuanian priest during WW2. When the Soviets invaded he asked the Lithuanian soldiers “why do you fight?” And they said “for our religion.” He then asked the Soviets who said “for our country.”

I have no idea where I read it (I believe it was in a secondary source that was quoting it. Definitely in a book not an article or website). If anyone is aware of the source I’d appreciate it.

@V1tastan Thanks! What’s the source (the secondary source that is).

@iscikle I don’t think it was fear of shame. He could’ve just asked him to keep his conversion secret. I think religion inspires a kind of fanaticism that nothing else does. He thought his son was an apostate heretic who had rejected the Christ and was condemned to hell.

@AhteS124 Social shaming and stigmas with actions perceived as leaving the group (religion in this context) have always been historically harsh. While not as violent, you saw similar stuff in the 18th and 19th centuries when some Copts were converting to Catholicism.

I remember reading an account of the thirty years war where a farmer’s son returns from the city and reveals that he had converted to Protestantism. The father then proceeds to butcher him with an axe. Later, the father confesses to a priest who commends his act.

Later, when the Germans invaded, he asked them “why do you fight” and they said “for the sake of it [the fight].”

@Refugium_Ost In Imperium Yockey makes it clear his “alliance” is because (as you stated) he saw the Russians as culturally-retarded (operating through massacres and brutality). He believed Europe could throw that off far easier than US cultural subversion which would rot it from within.

@Refugium_Ost I view his writings the same as Covington, WLP, Mason, Bowden etc… the intellectual worth of their works is beside the point (some of them have some merit but mostly, no) it’s race war agitprop. They were trying to organise and vitalise a violent racial uprising against the USA.

Literally open any random page in Imperium and start reading. You will not get far without race hatred directed towards “the culture distorting group”, Indians, Chinese, the Japanese, Arabs, Slavs (especially Russians and Poles) etc… He wanted genocide against all non-whites.
Ahte S@AhteS124

Kerry Bolton’s work on Yockey is full of diatribe and bias towards his own political views (pro-Assad and convinced that Jihadi groups are intelligence assets) but it does a pretty good job across its 2000 pages (I read about 1/4) in showcasing Yockey’s intellectual development.

@jailespleen Just as I finish reading his major works the slop-posters find him. Now I need someone new to read and shill. This is like the fifth time this has happened, they already ruined (the discourse around) Jünger and Schmitt.

@Octavius1225 Fair. I meant specifically in his whole history of the degradation of America where he has an idealised view of the Anglo-Dutch founding race and views the introduction of Black Slaves and Jewish/Eastern European immigrants as having “poisoned” the racial stock.

You should actually read Imperium. His Red-brown alliance and “third worldism” came around years later. He’s extremely anglophilic and super Russo and Japanophobic in Imperium. The geopolitical analysis sections at the end of the book are pure vitriolic racial hatred.
Bheria ☪️@BheriaMS

the pro-Israel right/BAPists have turned "third worldism" into a meme, but perhaps the single most important American political thinker (well, with Ezra Pound) was literally the first RW ideologue of "third worldism" ( = NazBolism), even before Alain de Benoist (France) & co

@Octavius1225 He was Anglophilic in that he loved the English and thought the “cultural negrofication and judaisation” of Anglos that occurred in America had destroyed the Anglo racial stock there. Yes, he’s extremely anti-American in Imperium. He’s genocidally anti-non-white in it though.

@AhteS124 He was not Anglophilic and was already anti-American in Imperium. If anything he was Germanphilic.
