A patient just described his knee symptoms to me as being 'all rather dull really'. The last thing anyone wants is an exciting knee.

Just started watching Top Boy. 4 episodes in, really into it. Realised we'd started with Series 3. FML.

Realised today that I spend half my day telling patients they should make time to pause & stretch during work to avoid symptom aggravation and yet my employer allows zero time for such things in my own working day. Still in probation, likely not making it out.

Feeling like jacking it all in to run off to Brazil for a couple of months might be a 12 yearly cycle.
