#QHE Another productive day in Colorado 🇺🇸 Constructive meetings with Dave Balleau, Tribal Energy Administration Director of the Ute Mountain Ute Tribe, and our sincere thanks to the Tribe for hosting us during our visit. We greatly appreciate their time and engagement Discussions also continued with our partners at Four Corners Helium today as we advance our Colorado portfolio With 1.104 BCF of independently verified 2U gross #helium across Sagebrush and Coyote Wash - alongside #oil upside of up to 750,000 barrels (3U), the scale of the opportunity is clear. Focused execution and disciplined progress across our Colorado projects

#QHE On the ground in Colorado today as we continue advancing our projects across the Four Corners region 🇺🇸 CEO Howard McLaughlin, Chairman Carl Dumbrell and Executive Director Andrew Scott spent time together at both the Little Ute-2 oil well and the Ute Mountain Ute Tribal Headquarters - maintaining close engagement across both our operations and key stakeholders We are sincerely thankful to the Ute Mountain Ute Tribe for taking the time to meet with us and for their continued dialogue and cooperation. The Tribe plays an important role in the progression of our projects, and we remain committed to building a respectful, transparent and constructive long-term relationship as we move towards extended production testing and future development Little Ute-2 contributes to our producing oil base, generating revenues that support our broader strategy Sagebrush-1 has produced over 300,000 barrels of #oil and confirmed 2.76% #helium in the Leadville Formation - underpinning our dual oil + helium model With more than 1.1 BCF of independently verified 2U gross helium across Sagebrush and Coyote Wash and the ILOC now approved by the BIA our focus remains firmly on progressing steadily towards the extended production test and next-stage development Our strategy is clear: utilise oil revenues to assist in funding helium appraisal and growth across our Colorado portfolio

#QHE Strong technical session this morning with industry-leading geophysicists and seismic interpretation experts who are working closely alongside the Quantum Helium team on our Sagebrush 3D programme This is an ongoing collaboration - with the specialists actively involved in interpretation and inversion as the data continues to be processed The quality of the seismic is excellent and the experts are very pleased with what they’re seeing. Additional 3D inversion volumes arrived in overnight - and were immediately integrated into the review Early observations: ▪ 3D seismic inversion processed in time ▪ Extensive well calibration providing high confidence in lithology characterisation ▪ Well-defined closed structural features emerging ▪ Greater clarity around the Sagebrush-1 well ▪ New targets already being identified The inversion work is helping determine whether the objective reservoirs extend across the mapped structures, whether they are likely gas-filled, and is providing early insight into reservoir quality - including porosity and permeability Importantly, the experts we are working with have described the broader geological setting across Sagebrush and Coyote Wash as “world class” - and believe the quality of the 3D data could be a game-changer for the project. This work is building on a foundation of more than 1 BCF of independently verified 2U gross #helium across Sagebrush and Coyote Wash - and we are now sharpening the picture further with high-resolution 3D We look forward to updating the market further shortly

#QHE Worth stepping back and looking at the bigger picture • Basin-wide 3D seismic platform now in place • Two independently verified helium resources (Sproule) • >1 BCF 2U gross #helium certified Strong position! Next major catalyst: final approvals and execution of the Sagebrush extended production test
