@IrishRail I’ve tried emailing, calling and talking in person at the station over my monthly ticket. I was told this had been escalated and I would here back in 24 hours it’s now been 6 days not one phone call back or email.
@IrishRail I’ve called and still no response I’ve been told this has been escalated and it’s nearly been a week. I’m now out and extra 2 peak tickets totaling €50.60 cents

@IrishRail I have bought a monthly ticket for September from Dundalk to Connolly and I have lost it. I have my receipt for proof of purchase . I was on the 8.50 train last night from Connolly when I lost it. Can you help ?
