I did my first real therapy session today and my therapist kept saying things like “hmmm that’s hard” and “I don’t know what I would do about that”… is this a normal therapy experience or am I just cooked?

@hihiimscott Would say is that’s hard. So I moved on to a different subject. I talked about what I thought were like my biggest 3 struggles at the moment and he didn’t have anything of substance for any of them. I get that it’s not gonna be like an instant fix or anything but I don’t know
